RE: package!
I saw on Oprah Dr Oz said that most women
don't have this gene that helps to digest alcolhol and it gets in our bloold system
really fast that is why I (we) get drunk on one or two
glasses of wine. I really
want to be at my optimal health the rest of my life. The numerolgy reading I had was
really good. I loved all the frankness he had. That really was what this yogi
numerolgy does and he tells you ways you can get real. I really liked him. I would
love you and jimmy to get a reading maybe for Christmas. Hummm how can I fit that into
my budget lol.
Hopefully we can have a nice Mother to daughter chat soon. Maybe yu can get a phone
card and call me from work sometime. We are working on our web-camera. I am trying
not to buy one cause I want to get a new computer soon and the laptop will have one
built in
Any suggestions on what kind of laptop to get.
Peace
Gah!
I had the best drink at Jerry's AA's party yesterday. You take a
picture (is that the right spelling for what you make juice in?).
Anway, put a large can or lemonade in, fill the same can with rum
(light), then a can of beer. Stir that together and fill to the top
with Sprint. Oh my gosh, it was the best drink - goes down very good!
Next time you have a party, try it - serve over a glass of ice. I
loved it! Mom
Gmom
Hi honey, it's been a while since I talked to you. How is everything? I know the concert is next Sunday. I will be there, but I'm not sure yet about Gmom. We'll have to see how she is doing. She told me you are getting new carpet-- did you get it yet? Let me know what is going on. Also, Mothers Day is coming soon, don't forget about Gmom and of course, your mother. Talk to you soon-- Love, Mom

Fwd: WEDDING PLANS ( my mom fwds to me an email she sent to my future mom-in-law)
Well...hi there...boy it has been a mad dash Xcountry since the snow storm adventure of March 29th....just four weeks ago and already so much water running out of sight!
Please thank AD for the enjoyable preamble on Ukrainian children....we, of course, already knew all the talking points as we know some first hand!!!! Speaking of which...we were disappointed that we could not deliver any serves for MD...she got things totally under control and our rallying up time did not work for her to hitch a ride to NYC for the evening of the 8th....but boy is she resourceful...sounds like she is going to have a great summer....much high hover what with the convention ramping up and all , don't ya think?!
Have been thinking of you and all the projects that must be snapping at your heels...how's that young administrator doing with the end of the year hysteria?, AYP, etc?....your Mother and Auntie doing all okay?...we are still remiss in sending a thank you to your Father-in-law for his most energetic efforts for the magnificent evening at his home as well as his presence at the party...what a gooooood time that was!!! ...I must rectify this situation very soon!!! Thank you so much for the lovely photo...we all do look so very happy....it has made its' place on the piano easel and looks just grand! ...a classy addition to the rouges gallery!
As for the wedding plans, EB, JB and I have made some inquiries on behalf of the rehearsal dinner and have come up with a very cute and cozy spot in Providence that will accommodate the 24+ folks that are part of the scene. Should come in very close to $30 ahead plus tip(approx. $800 ....hope this is in your comfort zone). We will be supplying the beverages as this is a very quaint little place... called Guido's.... that even with an Italian surname does not have the "connnecitons" in order to have gotten a liquor license in Providence, no less....go figure! We are aware that you provided a very substantial effort out there in Detroit and thought that this is what we should do for this venue. I will be seeing Mickey and Vanessa over the next weekend and will sort out the details then if that is ok? If I am out of bounds here just let me know and we'll figure another scene!
Can not believe we are staring down the barrel of just three months...have much landscaping tidying in general for premises up-grade to deal with as soon as school and the course at Umass are over....can't wait to get into the mulch pile and have at it!....let's hope the "Weed and Feed" applications are takin' seriously or we'll be dancing on dirt! Am very happy with the sanitary accommodations...very posh "Comfort Towers" that flush and have sinks with running water!...this had been a concern for us what with the numbers since we are on a spetic system here.... but now have that all in hand(no intended)!
So that is my report for now...hope to hear from you soon...all best...J

Fwd: FW: You need to read this and watch the kitchen fire........
....
---------- Forwarded message ----------
Another group email Sorry...but important!
Remember...'Most people are about as happy as they make up their minds to be.' Abraham Lincoln
You need to read this and watch the kitchen fire........
Make sure you take a minute to read what this has to say and watch this video ...
I never realized that a wet dishcloth can be a one size fits all lid to cover a fire in a pan!
This is a dramatic video (30-second, very short) about how to deal with a common kitchen fire ... oil in a frying pan. Read the following introduction, then watch the show ... It's a real eye-opener!!
At the Fire Fighting Training school they would demonstrate this with a deep fat fryer set on the fire field. An instructor would don a fire suit and using an 8 oz cup at the end of a10 foot pole toss water onto the grease fire. The results got the attention of the students.
The water, being heavier than oil, sinks to the bottom where it instantly becomes superheated. The explosive force of the steam blows the burning oil up and out. On the open field, it became a thirty foot high fireball that resembled a nuclear blast. Inside the confines of a kitchen, the fire ball hits the ceiling and fills the entire room.
Also, do not throw sugar or flour on a grease fire. One cup creates the explosive force of two sticks of dynamite. This is a powerful message----watch the video and don't forget what you see. Tell your whole family about this video. Or better yet, send this to them
