You need to read this and watch the kitchen fire........ Make sure you take a minute to read what this has to say and watch this video ... I never realized that a wet dishcloth can be a one size fits all lid to cover a fire in a pan! This is a dramatic video (30-second, very short) about how to deal with a common kitchen fire ... oil in a frying pan. Read the following introduction, then watch the show ... It's a real eye-opener!! At the Fire Fighting Training school they would demonstrate this with a deep fat fryer set on the fire field. An instructor would don a fire suit and using an 8 oz cup at the end of a10 foot pole toss water onto the grease fire. The results got the attention of the students. The water, being heavier than oil, sinks to the bottom where it instantly becomes superheated. The explosive force of the steam blows the burning oil up and out. On the open field, it became a thirty foot high fireball that resembled a nuclear blast. Inside the confines of a kitchen, the fire ball hits the ceiling and fills the entire room. Also, do not throw sugar or flour on a grease fire. One cup creates the explosive force of two sticks of dynamite. This is a powerful message----watch the video and don't forget what you see. It was so terrific seeing you in Vegas, I hope you had a good time. I had a thought, since you are not in a relationship why not think about moving to San Francisco. It would be great to have all family members on the west coast. Maybe you could get that SFO office up and running properly, could be a good idea, think about it. Anyway you would love San Francisco, it is such a wonderful city, NYC pales in comparison. It would be great to get to see you a little more offten. Don't worry,we will not be in your business all time, ask Scott we are not in his business all time. Please think about it, you would absolutely love San Francisco, it has so much to offer. Also Que says that you are trying to quit smoking,. congratulations, I think that is great. I know how hard it is because My mother struggled for years trying to quit. So good luck and hang in there. How is your bunny? I hope she was alright when you got home. Que and I are coming to NYC eary in May, we haven't made our plans yet, but I will let you know. I'll speak with you soon. I love you.
